Lance Nozzles

1. At present, the popularly applied Laval nozzle is mostly adopting linear bellmouth which is difficult in processing. Our company has successfully conducted curvilinear shape processing which can save about 5% oxygen compared with the traditional bellmouth shape.
2. With once shape welding procedure for copper& steel, simplifying other welding procedures, no welding seam cracking occurrence to fatigue operation; therefore, the product is safe and long service life.
3. Patented product: deigned as enhanced casting multi-aperture conical lance nozzle, the main jet hole is surrounded with cooling shunt holes; therefore, it is no slag adhering, no water circulation dead angle; the average service life is 20% increased compared with the old type nozzles.
4. Patented product: the multi-aperture lance nozzle applied for the converter of electric furnace is designed to be less power consumption; the blowing time will be 1-3 minutes shortened to each batch of furnace steel, thus, the cost is 150 CNY reduced per ton.
